• Set appointments and schedule meetings with multiple participants
• Format emails and insert attachments
• Use the Microsoft® 365 Outlook Address Book with Microsoft® Word, Microsoft® Publisher, etc., when using Mail Merge
• Create, manage, and distribute task requests
• Change view settings for increased output
• Sort messages into folders, forward or flag items to organize your inbox and minimize clutter
• Create rules to deliver inbox messages to specific folders
• Categorize activities to simplify prioritizing tasks
